Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component; assistance available post-hire
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation required
• Preferred to have six months of hands-on nursing experience
