About the role
Provide one-to-one, private duty care in clients' homes across all age ranges from infants to geriatrics.
Responsibilities
- Travel to clients' homes
- Follow and document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor conditions
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Deliver hands-on, personalized care
- Ensure accuracy of documentation
- Support clients' milestones in their health journey
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current, in-good-standing nursing license in the state
