Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate homecare to patients, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
- Collaborating with a team of clinicians and support staff
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation required
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory
