Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Responsibilities

• Providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, including those on trach and vent support with high acuity needs.
• Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient health and safety.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses accepted with transfer within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
