Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

About the role

Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients' health needs with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in your state, with the ability to transfer compact licenses if applicable
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component and TB skin test within the last 12 months are required
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Reliable transportation is necessary
