About the role

Aveanna Healthcare is a leading provider of home care services. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients in their homes
• Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory standards
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Assist with medication administration and other medical procedures as needed

Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in home care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$28.00 - $33.00 per hour
