Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes.
• Document patient care electronically using tablets provided in each patient's home.
• Work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends.
• Participate in ongoing skill advancement and training programs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Hold a current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• Pass a TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Have six months of prior hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required).
• Have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LPN in your state.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

$30-40/hr

Schedule

Full-time, part-time, or PRN (Per Request Notified) shifts available.
