Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients in their homes
• Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care plans
• Adhere to all state licensing and regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training
• Comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate

Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in home healthcare preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care

Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and PRN positions. Shifts may include days, nights, and weekends.

$28.00 - $33.00 per hour
