Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and empathetic homecare services
• Work closely with patients and their families to provide care
• Adhere to clinical standards and protocols
• Document care electronically using tablets provided in patients' homes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation

Pay

$28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule

Flexible scheduling- full-time, part-time, or PRN. Days, nights, and weekend shifts— we will work with your availability!
