Private Dining Room Sales Manager - Hotel del Coronado, A Curio Collection by Hilton
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities: Identify and develop relationships with new clients to maximize profitability of restaurant meeting spaces and private dining areas.
- Manage and grow client accounts: Maintain existing client relationships to foster loyalty and secure repeat business.
- Lead sales efforts: Conduct sales calls, attend networking events, and strategically promote private dining and restaurant services to drive revenue growth.
- Cook up event logistics: Collaborate with restaurant and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of private dining events.
- Develop and negotiate contracts: Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and execute contracts that balance client satisfaction and profitability goals.
- Report on performance: Track sales metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.

About the Role
The iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for a Private Dining Room Sales Manager to join the Sales and Marketing team. Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world and after a $400M renovation and expansion, the resort is more stunning than ever. Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms, cottages, and villas with 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets.
