• Responsible for administering Mutual Fund, ETF, and Separately Managed Accounts (SMA), including recurring distributions, asset allocation implementation, and tax loss harvesting activities.
• Process investment orders and client cash flow transactions, while supporting account openings, closures, gifting activity, tax transition plans, and rebalancing efforts.
• Ensure that trade activity complies with client guidelines, regulatory requirements, tax considerations, eligibility criteria, and investment restrictions.
• Partner closely with the Client Relationship team, third-party service providers, and GIC teammates to support account maintenance activities and deliver high-quality client experience.
• Support solution design efforts, provide input on process and technology enhancements, leverage automation tools and data insights, and help maintain knowledge management content that supports team onboarding and operational excellence.
