Private Client - Sales Executive

About the role
As a Private Client Producer, you will prospect for Affluent and High Net Worth clients based on your local networks, connections, and communities. You will be supported by HUB International’s corporate and regional offices with the opportunity to create your own entrepreneurial journey while ensuring superior customer service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop Centers of Influence and Lead Source Partners through networking and marketing (e.g., Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Wealth Managers).
- Generate and pursue new client opportunities.
- Present services and solutions at prospect meetings.
- Bring new business prospects to closure.
- Retain clients by maintaining strong business-to-business relationships.
Requirements
- Independent self-starter with the ability to sell and develop strong High Net Worth relationships.
- Confidence in cold-calling, networking, and developing new business.
- Insurance sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Maintain an existing referral network and centers of influence.
- Maintain a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
2–5 years of relevant experience required.
