About the role
This position demands the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, particularly those involved in their children's education. The role is akin to investor relations at an elite fund, focusing on nurturing relationships over years.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire pipeline of vetted prospective families, ensuring each leads develops into a genuine relationship with you as the anchor.
- Organize events that unite prospective and enrolled families, ranging from broader information sessions to curated dinners and casual gatherings.
- Shepherd families through the application and due diligence process, clarifying the school model, the guarantee structure, and the educational trajectory.
- Maintain warmth across the entire family ecosystem, including those deliberating, those enrolled, and those whose younger children will follow.
- Initiate proactive outreach to ensure families receive communication before they need to request it.
- Embody Founders School for these families while constructing the scalable relationship and enrollment framework that enables program operation and expansion.
- Collaborate directly with school leadership on the highest-tier early conversations, establishing the foundational system.
Requirements
- Authentic comfort and proven effectiveness building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, with prior experience in investor relations, private wealth management, private-client sales, luxury hospitality, high-end real estate, or similar roles.
- A relationship-centric orientation, not transaction-focused. Comfortable engaging with billionaires and interpreting their individual styles.
- Sufficient organization and initiative to own a pipeline independently. Nothing escapes attention, and no family experiences neglect after commitment.
- Currently residing in or relocating to New York, NY within 60 days.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Investor-relations or relationship-management background at a fund.
- Established connections within, or recognized credibility among, NYC high-net-worth communities.
- Authentic conviction in the mission of Founders School and enthusiasm for articulating that narrative.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
