Responsibilities
- Managing the entire pipeline of vetted prospective families
- Organizing events that unite prospective and enrolled families
- Shepherding families through application and due diligence
- Maintaining warmth across the entire family ecosystem
- Initiating outreach proactively
- Representing Founders School for these families
- Collaborating directly with school leadership on high-tier early conversations
Requirements
- Authentic comfort and proven effectiveness building relationships with high-net-worth individuals
- Prior experience in investor relations, private wealth management, private-client sales, luxury hospitality, high-end real estate, or similar roles
- Confidence engaging with billionaires and interpreting their individual styles
- Sufficient organization and initiative to own a pipeline independently
- Currently residing or relocating to New York, NY within 60 days
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Investor-relations or relationship-management background at a fund
- Established connections within or recognized credibility among NYC high-net-worth communities
- Authentic conviction in the mission of Founders School and enthusiasm for articulating that narrative
