Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire pipeline of vetted prospective families
  • Organizing events that unite prospective and enrolled families
  • Shepherding families through application and due diligence
  • Maintaining warmth across the entire family ecosystem
  • Initiating outreach proactively
  • Representing Founders School for these families
  • Collaborating directly with school leadership on high-tier early conversations

Requirements

  • Authentic comfort and proven effectiveness building relationships with high-net-worth individuals
  • Prior experience in investor relations, private wealth management, private-client sales, luxury hospitality, high-end real estate, or similar roles
  • Confidence engaging with billionaires and interpreting their individual styles
  • Sufficient organization and initiative to own a pipeline independently
  • Currently residing or relocating to New York, NY within 60 days
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Investor-relations or relationship-management background at a fund
  • Established connections within or recognized credibility among NYC high-net-worth communities
  • Authentic conviction in the mission of Founders School and enthusiasm for articulating that narrative
