Responsibilities
- Managing the entire pipeline of vetted prospective families, transforming each lead into a genuine relationship.
- Organizing events that unite prospective and enrolled families, ranging from broader information sessions to curated dinners and casual gatherings.
- Shepherding families through application and due diligence, clarifying the school model, the guarantee structure, and the educational trajectory.
- Maintaining warmth across the entire family ecosystem, including those deliberating, those enrolled, and those whose younger children will follow.
- Initiating proactive outreach to families, ensuring they receive communication before needing to request it.
- Embodiment of Founders School for these families, constructing the scalable relationship and enrollment framework that enables program operation and expansion.
- Collaborating directly with school leadership on the highest-tier early conversations, establishing the foundational system.
Qualifications
- Authentic comfort and proven effectiveness building relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Prior experience in investor relations, private wealth management, private-client sales, luxury hospitality, high-end real estate, or a comparable field.
- Confidence engaging with billionaires, interpreting their individual styles, and operating as a peer rather than subordinate.
- A relationship-centric orientation, not transaction-focused.
- Sufficient organization and initiative to own a pipeline independently.
- Currently residing in or relocating to New York, NY within 60 days.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
