About the role

As a Private Client Associate at Janney, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and growing the business of our Janney Financial Advisors ("FAs"). Your responsibilities include assisting in the administration, marketing, and growth of client relationships, working closely with FAs to support their practices.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development and maintenance of client relationships through organized and implemented productivity-based campaigns.
• Assist Janney Financial Advisors in managing and growing their client base.
• Support operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Prior office experience preferred but not required.
• Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 license preferred or willing to obtain within twelve months of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player with high ethical standards.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000, with total compensation based on experience, skills, credentials, and geographical location.

Schedule

Working from alternate local office locations may be required on an occasional basis.
