About the role

This role is for Private Capital Relationship Analysts who will support the identification, qualification, and relationship coordination of investment opportunities within the Initio Sphere ecosystem. The role is not an employment position but rather an independent contractor role.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and manage relationship-driven deal flow
  • Qualify opportunities based on investor and sponsor alignment
  • Career development: Build a verified relationship-driven deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
  • Earn transaction-based compensation on closed deals
  • May source or receive proprietary and referred investment opportunities
  • Evaluate relationship fit and opportunity readiness
  • Prepare high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)
  • Career development: Support early-stage opportunity progression
  • Coordinate introductions between deal principals and capital partners

Requirements

  • Understanding of private capital dynamics
  • Judgment in assessing both people and opportunities
  • Experience working with commercial real estate, private equity, and other related sectors
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to coordinate introductions and facilitate deal progressions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in private capital or related fields
  • Proven ability to qualify and manage investment opportunities
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Experience with deal flow management and relationship coordination
