About the role

This role is ideal for professionals already close to private market deal flow, including operators, advisors, brokers, intermediaries, and networked professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with investors, fund managers, and sponsors
  • Identify off-market or proprietary investment opportunities
  • Provide high-level deal context (asset type, structure, economics, investment thesis)
  • Coverage of commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use), private equity and growth equity transactions, operating businesses and special situations, structured or opportunistic investments
  • Coordinate initial introductions and follow-ups between capital and deal teams
  • Support early-stage diligence handoff to Initio Sphere analysts
  • Track engagement metrics and deal progress

Requirements

  • Already close to private market deal flow
  • Visibility into real transactions
  • Proprietary deal flow
  • Experience and sourcing credibility
  • No cold applying or blind pitching
  • Compliant with applicable securities laws

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in deal flow and relationship management
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Understanding of private market asset types and structures
  • Experience with deal facilitation and coordination
