Private Aviation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Aid customers via phone and email to foster loyalty and boost revenue.
• Support customers in booking reservations, adjusting travel details, and ensuring all opportunities are handled with elite customer service standards.
• Resolve billing and rental issues, handle overrides, and arrange specialist bookings with a focus on first-call resolution.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office 365, Excel, Word, Access.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven strong sales and closing skills with the ability to be friendly and engaging.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment using multiple systems and applications.
• Detail-oriented and quick learner with adaptability to new technology and processes.
• Able to work any shift including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

About the Role

The Private Aviation Specialist will assist our private aviation business partners with reservation booking, customer service support, and rental transportation planning. Responsibilities include assisting fractional partners, FBO partners, and private aviation customers with pre-, on-, and post-rental inquiries, booking new reservations, cancelling, confirming, or modifying existing reservations, and responding to booking errors and override requests. The team will also monitor and respond to inquiries submitted to the Aviation Services Inbox, dedicated to providing an exceptionally high level of customer service and convenience for our private aviation clientele globally.
