Prison Program Representative - Montana

What We Are Looking For

A driven and mission-focused Prison Ministry Manager residing in Montana.

Expectations Of The Role

• Develop partnerships with local churches, corrections staff, and prison chaplains
• Coach volunteer teams to meet ministry goals
• Promote teamwork and personal spiritual development
• Implement and execute ministry programs around Prison Fellowship's Academy curriculum and key in-prison events

Qualifications

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• 8+ years of sales/territory and relationship management experience
• 2+ years of experience recruiting and managing volunteers
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong demonstrated ability to develop personal networking relationships

This is a remote position with a 60% travel component mostly within the region, and the driving aspect of this role is subject to certain driving record and insurance requirements. Candidate must reside in Montana to adequately cover the territory.
