Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and monitor operational planning efforts to ensure data-driven strategies align with departmental risk indicators, identified needs, and investigative priorities.
- Cook up and facilitate special initiatives planning meetings, including scheduling and overseeing multi-resource collaborative operations.
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate information and intelligence from multiple sources related to safety, security, and investigative incidents.
- Manage and maintain performance metrics and operational results for OIC daily operations, investigations, and special initiatives.
- Aid in project development, data collection, analysis, and the preparation of statistical and operational reports.
- Handle, process, and distribute sensitive and confidential information in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative and operational support for OIC special operations and investigative activities as needed.
- Participate in OIC committees, workgroups, and other collaborative initiatives to support departmental objectives.
- Support decision-making through the analysis of operational trends, intelligence products, and performance data.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience equivalent to 4 years of increasingly responsible full-time professional administrative or operations experience.
- Experience and familiarity with Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and an aptitude to learn applications as needed.
- Possession of a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
