Printing Machine Operator - Multiple Levels Based on Experience

About the role

Dart Container is expanding its Leola Campus with a major investment in new thermoforming equipment, including two new PP clear cup lines with in-line printing, and we’re looking for Print Machine Operators to join our Building 12 startup team. We’re seeking detail-focused, mechanically inclined operators who can run, set up, adjust, and troubleshoot high-speed printing equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor printing equipment
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines
• Perform quality checks and basic maintenance
• Log production data and follow safety/GMP procedures
• Use SAP to complete production processes

Requirements

• Level I: Entry-level; basic mechanical aptitude and math skills. Manufacturing or print experience preferred
• Level II: 2+ years of manufacturing or print operating experience, or technical training
• Level III: 3+ years of experience operating specialized or high-speed machinery. Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, and optimize print equipment
