Machine Operator - Multiple Levels Based on Experience
About the role
We're looking for dedicated Machine Operators who are passionate about ensuring top-notch production and efficiency with high-speed process equipment. Shifts available are 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM on a 2-2-3 schedule or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting-up, starting, diagnosing, troubleshooting and properly shutting down process equipment
- Assist with process machinery from raw materials through downstream finished goods
- Maintain production logs and reports as required
- Perform production process in SAP as required
Requirements
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic problems including knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Math skills to include simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with basic machine operation and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- English language proficiency

Pay
$21/hour plus an extra $2/hour shift premium for overnight shifts!
