Printing Associate

About the role

A Printing Associate will work in the Print Customization department with the primary goal of producing the highest quality promotional product in the industry. This position involves operating various types of printing, etching, and labeling equipment, as well as tasks such as loading boxes, inflating balls, labeling product, packaging, palletizing finished cartons, and cleaning. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent attention to detail and high reliability. No experience is required—training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Utilize printing equipment (Pad Printer, DTS, Laser Engraver, Heat Decal) to decorate products based on customer requirements (training provided)
• Pay attention to detail and inspect product to ensure the highest quality levels are achieved
• Prepare products for printing and shipping
• Work efficiently and meet production requirements while adapting to shifting priorities
• Communicate any product issues to supervisor
• Work in other areas of the warehouse as needed
• Perform any other tasks required to meet business needs
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in the warehouse and on equipment

Reading, writing, and basic math skills are required.

Requirements

• Standing for entire shift
• Repetitive movements such as bending, pushing, and pulling
• Lifting 25 to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment
• Must maintain high attendance standards and be trustworthy
• Work with others to achieve team goals

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Printing experience is strongly preferred but not required
• Warehouse, packaging, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance
• Available to work extended hours if needed

Pay

$18.50/hr - $20.00/hr, depending on experience.
