Print Production Facility Associate

About the role

We provide training and cross-training in different functions of our Digital Print Facility. This role is not in a store; it's in a dedicated print facility handling large print orders from our stores. Schedules can be flexible for some openings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and help customers meet their copy and print needs
• Use high-volume digital print equipment to produce and finish large copy, print, and signage orders
• Operate a variety of finishing equipment including cutters, drills, and bindery
• Prepare and troubleshoot various file formats and ensure they are ready for printing
• Ensure all work meets job tickets and customer quality expectations
• Properly use and care for all equipment, complying with operating instructions and maintenance schedules
• Partner with the Production Facility Lead for project processing
• Perform other duties as assigned, including serving as a backup driver

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and address issues proactively
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to size and print documents
• Experience working in a print environment and using/editing PDF files in a digital print manufacturing environment
