Print Production Facility Associate

About the role

We provide training and cross-training in different functions of our Digital Print Facility. This role is not in a store but in a dedicated print facility handling large print orders from our stores.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative and inclusive in helping customers meet their copy and print needs
• Produce and finish large copy, print and signage orders using high volume digital print equipment
• Operate a variety of finishing equipment including cutters, drills and bindery
• Prepare and troubleshoot various file formats and ensure they are in PDF print-ready status
• Ensure all work produced complies with job tickets and customer quality expectations
• Properly use and care for all equipment, complying with operating instructions and maintenance schedules
• Partner with the Production Facility Lead for timely project processing
• Flexible to perform other duties as assigned, serving as backup driver

Requirements

• Attention to detail and sound organizational skills
• Experience managing many priorities
• Basic computer skills (reading and interpreting instructions, identifying problems, addressing them proactively)
• Experience using and editing PDF files in a digital print manufacturing environment
