Key Responsibilities
- Operate large-format flatbed and digital printing equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage daily production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines
- Perform equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance
- Load and unload print materials and monitor print quality throughout production
- Troubleshoot mechanical, software, and workflow-related issues
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Collaborate with internal production and support teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Adept at adapting to changing production priorities and tight deadlines
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and production throughput
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of digital printing or large-format print production experience
- Experience operating flatbed or EFI printers preferred
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Experience with Onyx Thrive, Fiery, or similar RIP software preferred
- Basic Microsoft Office skills preferred
