Print/Mail Insert Operator - ONSITE - GRAHAM - 3rd shift (15 Percent shift diff)

About the role

Labcorp is seeking a 3rd Shift Print/Mail Insert Operator to join our team at Graham, NC.

Schedule

Sunday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM (15% shift differential).

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed inkjet printers and high-speed mail inserting machines.
• Set up and configure printing/inserting equipment according to job specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing/inserting machinery.
• Review and interpret job orders to determine print/insert specifications (quantity, stock type, finishing requirements).
• Monitor production processes to ensure output meets quality standards.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired quality and output.
• Conduct quality checks on printed and inserted materials to ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards.
• Identify, rectify, and report defects or issues to leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of production and quality control activities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Comply with company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more of work experience.
• Able to use hand tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Able to lift fifty pounds and push/pull heavy load-bearing carts.
• Previous print/insert/machine work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong diligence and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.

Pay

$17.75 – $21.00 per hour. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills, prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, internal equity, and market data.
