Print and Mailroom Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and run computerized Quadient inserting equipment, Pitney Bowes metering machine, or equivalent machines
• Log outgoing mailings as required and review for accuracy/completeness
• Perform document scanning as requested
• Open, prepare, and distribute daily claims for scanning
• Log all incoming checks to a spreadsheet shared with Billing department
• Review and prioritize print requests from mainframe, email requests, Adhoc, or shared folder according to complexity and urgency
• Ensure output is quality checked and accurately meets submitted instructions
• Manage and maintain CV and Planet Press printer outputs in an organized manner (monthly, weekly, and daily mailings)
• Coordinate and release FEP ID card job/data to Noridian
• Prepare and scan all member surveys in a timely manner
• Ship all UPS packages in a timely fashion according to the requesting department
• Fold, insert, compile, and mail all daily, weekly, and monthly mailings (if applicable)
• Track and report inventory of envelopes/paper to management
• Regular, reliable attendance is required
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Compliance with HIPAA & Security Requirements, including protection of protected health information (PHI) and other confidential customer information
• Adherence to data security guidelines established within the Company’s Privacy & Security Training Program

Pay

The wage range for applicants for this position is $15.60 to $22.70 per hour. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
