About the role
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Mail Print Operator to join our operations team. This role is responsible for running industrial-sized printers, organizing printed materials into batches, and preparing them for further processing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and capable of performing physical tasks and basic equipment maintenance.
Schedule
- Training: 8 weeks, Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - clean desk
- Production: Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - clean desk
Responsibilities
- Operate industrial-sized printers to produce high-volume print jobs.
- Group printed materials into batches and separate them for further processing.
- Place completed batches in designated areas for downstream operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on printing equipment.
- Regularly lift and move items weighing 25 lbs or more.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable adhering to a strict clean desk policy.
- Must be able to clear required criminal background check.
- Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic computer literacy (opening files, navigating desktop environments, typing/data entry).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Comfortable working in an office or production/mailroom environment.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Pay
- $16.00 per hour during training.
- Production-based pay after training (estimated salary range: $26,600 - $33,250).

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position may also be eligible for a bonus or incentive based on business need.
