Principle Solutions Executive Security (Pipelining for Future Needs)

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $160,000 – $192,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand customer base and achieve sales targets
• Establish understanding of service offerings and market positioning
• Cultivate relationships with key personnel in existing and prospective accounts
• Identify and qualify new clients through consultative selling
• Grow relationships with prospects and clients as part of the sales team
• Network with client organizations in IT and security sectors
• Coordinate with internal resources to drive sales cycles and meet objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in security services sales or security practice
• Mastery of seven security focus areas including Identity Management and Cyber Workforce Development
• Experience in enterprise sales with a strong execution track record
• Proven performance with consistent achievement of sales goals
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
