Principal TPM, Music Subscription and Identity Org leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive significant business impact. The role requires a strategic leader who can navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver results at scale across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Navigate ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders to deliver significant business impact
• Manage cross-functional teams to build processes and coordinate release schedules
• Owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, technical trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to leaders up to 3 levels above
• Build consensus and manage cross-functional communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and needs aligned
• Recognize when current programs are susceptible to prior technology failure patterns and actively steer teams to avoid repeating these failures
• Drive executive-level escalations and deliver solutions that meet Amazon high standards for customer satisfaction, efficiency, stability, extensibility, simplicity, and operational excellence

Requirements

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
