Gather and verify demographic and insurance information with accuracy and care.

Complete patient registrations following established guidelines.

Help prevent billing delays by ensuring clean, error-free accounts.

Maintain fast, precise data entry in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Collaborate with a supportive team while also working independently.

Provide age-appropriate service to the diverse patient population we serve.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with computers, Microsoft Windows, and basic troubleshooting.
• A calm, positive presence even on busy days.
• A commitment to our mission, values, and the families we serve.
