Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program planning and execution for complex technical initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive roadmaps that drive hiring technology innovation
- Drive technical innovation by translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, working directly with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery
- Manage program lifecycle and mitigate risks proactively by identifying potential roadblocks before they become issues and developing mitigation strategies that keep programs on track
- Champion clear communication and stakeholder alignment by creating compelling status reports, facilitating decision-making meetings, and building consensus across teams when different views emerge
- Define and validate project requirements and scope while overseeing gaps between teams, processes, and system architectures to ensure program alignment with organizational objectives

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
