Requirements

• 8–12+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Proven ability to scale recruiting processes
• Strong sourcing experience for technical talent
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset
• Strong communication and judgment

Skills

• Experience scaling recruiting in high‑growth SaaS or data‑driven companies
• Experience hiring for AI/ML, data platform, or distributed systems roles
• Experience with recruiting tools and AI‑assisted platforms
• Experience in employer branding or talent marketing
