Principal Technical Program Manager, Search

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives for Amazon Search in our Retail business. In this role, you will define and drive complex, cross-functional programs that enhance search relevance, performance, and customer experience at global scale.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to set roadmaps, manage risks, and deliver innovative search capabilities
• Leverage data, experimentation, and deep technical understanding to influence senior leaders
