Responsibilities
- Drive critical cross-org programs, process, and product initiatives
- Work across various organizations to determine feasibility and timelines
- Understand critical path to scale and write proposals for strategic scaling initiatives
- Organize cross-org activities ensuring completion of initiatives on schedule
- Mentor junior program managers
Qualifications
- 6+ years relevant work experience in program/project management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain or relevant
- Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success
- Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations
- High ownership with a strong bias for action
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products
- Understanding of datacenter operations, networking, server rack ingestion/installation, supply chain, and/or capacity delivery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors
- Flexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detail
- Ability to think broadly and strategically
- Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
- Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment
- Drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making
- Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
Benefits
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 - $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
