About the Role

OCI Infrastructure Capacity Management is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to join our fast-growing team. The TPM will manage complex, cross-organizational programs impacting both product and business for OCI. This role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems through process improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement in systems and tools. The initial focus will be on driving programs related to rack ingestion, capacity delivery, and on-time performance. The role is highly visible and requires effective communication at an executive level.

Responsibilities

• Drive critical cross-organizational programs, processes, and product initiatives.
• Work across various organizations to determine feasibility and timelines.
• Understand the critical path to scale and write proposals for strategic scaling initiatives.
• Organize cross-organizational activities to ensure completion of initiatives on schedule.
• Mentor junior program managers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in program/project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
• Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success.
• Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, and presentations.
• High ownership with a strong bias for action.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products.
• Understanding of datacenter operations, networking, server rack ingestion/installation, supply chain, and/or capacity delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors.
• Flexibility to shift with business priorities and unrivaled attention to detail.
• Ability to think broadly and strategically.
• Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.

Pay

Hiring range in USD from: $90,100 - $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
