Principal Technical Program Manager

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Create and drive high-level strategic initiatives while contributing directly to projects
• Align cross-functional workstreams for a holistic program view
• Lead trade discussions to balance performance, cost, quality, and timelines
• Manage the development and commercialization of complex robotics hardware/software systems
• Foster effective relationships with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners
• Mentor and coach project stakeholders and team members for continuous development
• Utilize KPIs and project reporting for ongoing improvement

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Technical Program Management for integrated hardware/software products
• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a systems, hardware, or software engineer
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with both waterfall and Agile methodologies, particularly in robotics or automotive systems
