Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and drive multiple Data Analytics programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of multiple programs, providing timely reporting to executives, and offering technical support in data analytics to assist the team as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of multiple programs, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Cook up and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer service, to ensure seamless program execution.
- Provide clear and concise reporting to executives, highlighting program progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Support the Data Analytics teams in identifying and resolving technical challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; PhD degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs.
- Semiconductor industry background strongly preferred.
- Strong Software automation within semiconductor equipment required.
- Strong technical background in data analytics, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Base Pay Range
Base Pay Range: $216,700.00 - $379,200.00 Annually
