Principal Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance when working with Software Engineering, Data Scientists, Designers, and SMEs to design crucial technical solutions across feature areas.
• Give key stakeholders data-driven recommendations based on identified risks.
• Define success criteria and create relationships for implementing multiple feature areas for crucial cross-functional projects.
• Cookordination, ensure alignment, and gain buy-in across the business.
• Deliver on the multi-year roadmap for multiple feature groups across divisions, lead tracking of project schedules, oversee development of staging and implementation plans, and oversee governance programs.
• Drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and writing test cases from scratch.
• Provide expertise needed for departments to collect performance metrics, oversee customer support, and define, lead, and mentor others in direct customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
