About The Role

Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for complex, cross-functional initiatives
Lead discovery efforts to identify opportunities, validate solutions and prioritize investments
Partner with engineering, design and data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products
Own key product metrics and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes
Mentor and coach product managers, contributing to the growth of the product discipline
Translate company strategy into actionable product initiatives
Champion a client-first mindset, ensuring exceptional user experiences
Leverage data, experimentation and market insights to inform decisions
Manage risks, dependencies and trade-offs across multiple initiatives

About You

• Minimum Qualifications: 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products or platforms
  Proven ability to define and execute product strategies that drive measurable impact
  Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
  Exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills
  Ability to influence without direct authority
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI/UX, sales, client support, finance and marketing
  Track record of delivering on time and measuring success
  Familiarity with current and emerging technologies
