Principal Strategic Optimization Consultant

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to guide them through digital transformation using the Transformation Framework
• Generate and close billable consulting engagements
• Assess and challenge current processes to design optimal solutions for clients
• Develop and document original solutions for complex challenges
• Provide consultative guidance to ensure customer success throughout their journey

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in accounting/auditing or financial software solutions
• 6+ years of customer-facing experience
• 5+ years of experience with the company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Recognized process optimization skills and advanced knowledge of the company solutions

Pay

$132,000 – $165,000 annually
