Lead strategic Ai initiatives focused on accelerating enterprise Ai adoption and Ai for Growth.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Security, Data, and Business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact Ai capabilities.
Drive adoption of Ai platforms, Ai agents, MCPs, developer tooling, and automation capabilities while measuring business impact and ROI.
Build and execute multi-year Ai transformation roadmaps that align with business priorities and technology strategy.
Facilitate executive reviews, drive cross-functional alignment, resolve risks, and improve execution through scalable operating mechanisms such as RAPIDs, KPIs, and operating models.
Identify process improvements, remove execution bottlenecks, and ensure successful transition to long-term operational ownership.

AI Platform Operations & Governance
Establish scalable operating models, governance, and lifecycle management for Ai platforms and solutions, including security, compliance, operational readiness, and long-term ownership.
Define and track executive KPIs that measure platform adoption, utilization, operational health, business impact, cost efficiency, and ROI.
Partner with Finance and Engineering to support Ai capacity planning, budgeting, and operational scaling.
