About the role

Amazon Ads' Measurement, AdTech and Data Science (MADS) team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help define the vision and strategy for our Performance Measurement solutions. You will play a significant leadership role in our business and product teams, driving critical product initiatives that demonstrate the true performance of advertisers' ad campaigns. This includes combining deterministic approaches with modeled approaches (such as Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality measurement, and attribution modeling) to deliver a complete and trustworthy view of advertising outcomes across channels, devices, and the full customer journey.

You will set the product vision, define use cases, analyze customer and financial implications, and prioritize the most promising path for success. Responsibilities include working directly with external customers and partners to collect input, mold requirements, and release features. You will drive prioritization across multiple development teams, communicate with internal stakeholders, conduct user testing with customers, and collaborate on go-to-market plans with product marketing. Additionally, you will evangelize the business, promote new features to clients, define success metrics, and accelerate adoption through sales teams while protecting and enhancing the customer retail experience on Amazon.
