About the role
The Principal Product Manager will lead the development and implementation of engineering intelligence and insights initiatives within the Research & Development department. This role requires a deep understanding of product management principles, strong technical acumen, and the ability to drive innovation in cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and design to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products.
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to identify new opportunities and threats.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading product development initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.

Pay
