Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive vision for student success aligned with district goals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, families, staff, and the broader community.
• Ensure high academic standards are met and exceed expectations.
• Support and mentor teachers to enhance instructional practices and professional growth.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the high school, including budgeting, scheduling, and facilities management.
• Collaborate with other administrators and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive school environment.
• Represent the school and district in various community and professional settings.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• A master's degree in educational leadership or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of successful teaching experience at the secondary level.
• Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a high school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
