Principal, Portfolio Strategy & Product Marketing

About The Role
Kinetic Product is looking for a Principal to own how our products come together and go to market. You'll build the unified roadmap across our entire portfolio, shape how we position against the competition, and craft the narrative that carries our products to customers and to the executive table. This is a high-visibility individual-contributor role for someone who thinks like a strategist, writes like a marketer, and moves like an operator — connecting the dots across every product domain and making the whole greater than the sum of its parts.
Responsibilities
- Own the unified product roadmap across all domains, aligning individual product plans into one coherent story.
- Lead product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and launch planning end to end.
- Drive competitive intelligence and market positioning that sharpens how we win.
- Build executive readouts and board-level narrative that make our strategy clear and compelling.
- Coordinate across the PM team to keep priorities, messaging, and timing in sync.
- Shape annual and multi-year strategic planning for the product organization.
Requirements
- 6+ years in product management, product marketing, or product strategy, with 5+ in a senior IC or strategic capacity.
- A track record of owning roadmaps and GTM for a portfolio of products, not just a single line.
- Strong competitive and market analysis skills, and the judgment to turn insight into positioning.
- Exceptional executive communication — you can build the deck and tell the story to a C-level audience.
- A collaborative operating style that earns influence across teams without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecom, broadband, or fiber.
- Familiarity with residential and business product portfolios.
- A background that spans both product and marketing, not just one.
