Responsibilities
- Controls the efficient flow of aircraft modifications, parts, kits, materials, information, and documentation to achieve schedule commitments and meet customer requirements.
- Ensures that company and government equipment requirements for upcoming aircraft modifications are analyzed, forecasted, and coordinated to support integrated mod schedule requirements and timing.
- Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard modifications, maintenance and logistics processes including submitting technical order change requests as driven by configuration changes to aircraft undergoing modification.
- Builds relationships with strategic customers through maintenance, logistics, and modifications initiatives.
- Affasses future modifications, logistics and equipment requirements, and supports proposal development.
- This position may require occasional shift work and extended hours to achieve aircraft delivery timelines.
Requirements

- This position may be filled at either the Logistics Management Analyst or Principal Logistics Management Analyst level.
Qualifications
- Logistics Management Analyst: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with five (5) years of aerospace industry experience; or Master’s Degree with three (3) years of aerospace industry experience; OR a PhD with 0 years of experience or 9 years of aerospace industry experience in lieu of a degree.
- Be able to obtain a U. S. Government security clearance (U. S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
- Ability to obtain Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
- Basic Qualifications: Principal Logistics Management Analyst: Bachelor’s Degree in from an accredited university with at least two (2) years of aerospace industry experience; or zero (0) years of experience with Master’s Degree or 6 years of aerospace industry experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to obtain Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
- Mastery of government aircraft maintenance processes, solid understanding of supply processes and systems.
- Previous aircraft maintenance or logistics experience.
Skills
- Previous aircraft maintenance experience.
- Experience using Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) and Air Force T.O.s.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- In depth knowledge of B-2 maintenance and sustainment activities.
- Familiarity with B-2 support equipment (AGE).
Pay & Benefits
- Primary Level Salary Range: $56,500.00 - $84,700.00
- Secondary Level Salary Range: $70,100.00 - $105,100.00
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
- Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
