About the Role

Join Raytheon’s Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) team, which ensures our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable, and delivered on time. This role provides logistic support to the U.S. Government customer at the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Field Office in Chambersburg, PA. You will serve as the RTX liaison between Raytheon and the U.S. Government, supporting the Patriot program through technical, logistical, and engineering assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare parts, kits, and documents for shipments CONUS and OCONUS to support warfighters, Patriot battalion fieldings, and modification teams.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving assets in the warehouse, maintaining stock to support all aspects of the Patriot program, including inventory management and ordering replacement parts.
  • Maintain databases to track and report all shipments from the IFMC Field Office, including cost data for parts, modification kits, and Major End Items (MEIs).
  • Provide technical and engineering support to IFMC, Depots, and Patriot battalions worldwide, resolving logistical and technical problems using prints, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Technical Manuals (TMs), and other resources.
  • Investigate alternative sources of supply for parts and materials not in the normal supply system used in the Patriot program.
  • Verify parts and process instructions using prints, ECPs, TMs, and MWOs as needed.
  • Collaborate with other contractors in the IFMC Field Office to support special projects assigned by the U.S. Government customer.
  • Utilize the Army’s Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A), or other SAP-based Logistics Information Systems to support the Patriot Field Office.
  • Travel as needed to represent the Patriot Field Office in support of the Patriot program.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience (or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience).
  • Experience with the Patriot Missile System or air defense weapons systems.
  • Experience with the Army’s Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A), or other Logistics-based Information Systems.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued DoD Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain an INTERIM clearance prior to start date).
  • U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to access and read Army Technical Manuals and regulations.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to key customers virtually, onsite, or directly.
  • Experience crafting presentations, briefing notes, and reports for government officials.
  • Familiarity with EDIS, IADS, ELMS TAMMS-A, AESIP, PIEE, VANTAGE, PDREP, DLA Disposition, CDTDP, CDECP, LEAD Docuware, FED LOG, and WEB Desk.
  • Knowledge of the Patriot system, preferably with experience on Configuration 3+ radar.
  • Three years’ experience with Product Data Management (PDM).
  • Ability to read technical schematics.
  • Experience with shipping/receiving operations.
  • Knowledge of IETMs and RPSTL.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $86,800 – $165,200 USD, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
